Appearance
The beer was poured from out of een bottle with a cork and once poured into the glass, the color is clear dark amber and there is no sediment on the bottom of the glass. The beer was stable in the bottle. The foam head has a structure, which is stable and even divided, stays a long time in the glass and the foam is also wall adhesive.

Aroma
The aroma that immediately stands out is a caramel aroma, the other aroma that is also perceptible is a plums aroma.

Taste
After pouring the beer in the glass there is normal carbon dioxide activity to seen and when tasting it its gives you in the mouth no tingling feeling. The taste of the beer is sweet and the beer has a yeasty bitterness. In the afthertaste you have caramel that predominates and further there will be a roasted malt and light peat feeling in the mouth.
